We choose our tutors based on subject knowledge, passion for education, reliability and character.
Our tutors need to teach like teachers. This means covering the curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and giving homework. They need a clear plan for the student to achieve their goals. These goals could be to feel more confident in a subject, it could be to get into a particular school, it could be to move into a better stream in a particular subject. As a result, our tutors need to understand what is needed to achieve whatever the goal is.
Unfortunately, the majority of applications are not accepted as we have very high standards.
